1 year warranty

Tourfine group grant our clients a 1 year or 2000 hours warranty for any trucks and machine exported from us. During the warrnty period, in case the defect of material or workmanship has occurred with spare parts in normal opertaion, the defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at our discretion.

We will do as bellow.

1. Ugrently, we will ship the compensated parts by international courier, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT.
2. Regularly, We will ship the compensated parts together with next shipment of new order or by container.
